OnCue Generator Management System

System Requirements

  • Personal computer (PC) with Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows XP or Window 7
  • 1 GB of RAM
  • Up to 500 MB of available hard disk space may be required
  • Always-on Internet access (for example, cable or DSL Internet service)
  • Internet router and network cable for network bridge connection to Ethernet
  • Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) backup to maintain computer power highly recommended

    To use OnCue to monitor a generator set, you must purchase the OnCue Generator Home Management Kit in order to obtain the necessary hardware to connect the generator set controller to the customer's router.
