This software program is used to download firmware (application programs) and make parameter adjustments to specific generator and transfer switch controllers listed below. SiteTech supports connecting to products via USB, Modbus, and OnCue Server. All firmware is specific to the product.

  • Parallel Devices View has been re-added due to popular demand.
  • Parameter Name Filtering/Expand/Collapse now works for both all Parallel and Single device views.
  • SiteTech now shows progress bar when connecting to a device
  • Event Log now shows the Object Identifier (ObjectId) of the system or subsystem that caused the event.
  • Fixed a bug that caused SiteTech to crash when user double clicked a cell in the event log.
  • Added support for new sensors for the DEC3500 and the DEC3000
